OUR AIMS
The purpose of our clubs is to provide childcare. We aim to provide a safe, stimulating environment where children are valued and can have fun.
The clubs are principally for children whose parents:
Wish to return to work
Attend training courses
Are in employment and need affordable childcare
All clubs are usually held in the school hall. We also have access to the ICT suite, the out door area and the studio. Each club offers a wide range of activities for children to choose from, for example:
Art and craft
Reading
Board games
Construction kits
Role play and dressing up
Playstation, Game Boy and ICT
Out door and indoor sports
Staffing
All of our staff have a wealth of experience and knowledge in childcare and a ratio of one adult to eight children is always maintained. All children must be enrolled before they attend the club; enrolment forms are always available from the school office. Parents will then be informed whether a place is available for their child or if they have to go on a waiting list.
Policies
In accordance with OFSTED our club has many policies which are regularly reviewed to ensure we maintain a quality service. Parents should speak to a senior member of staff if they would like more information about our policies.
Fees
All fees must be paid in advance by Thursday evening or Friday morning. Fees are non-refundable and must be paid if a holiday is taken during term time. Parents working at least 16 hours a week may be eligible for up to %70 of the cost through Working Families Tax Credit.
Late collection of a child will result in a late fee of £5:00 per 15 minutes after 6:00pm.
One weeks notice must be given for cancellation.
